David is responsible for the design and construction management duties associated with roadway and highway construction. Additional responsibilities include water, sewer, and irrigation infrastructure designs and installations. He has experience in the structural design of numerous commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, geotechnical investigations, and construction management projects. Mr. Thibault is qualified as a bridge inspection team leader and has completed safety inspections for hundreds of in-service bridges for the State of Idaho. He has more than a decade of active involvement with land development and the construction industry.  As a partner of EHM Engineers, Inc., David manages the technical staff and office personnel in addition to the professional engineering services for many.
