The Student Rec Center includes a variety of options for recreational and physical activities.
- Cardio Areas - over 50 pieces of cardio equipment including bikes, rowers, stepmills, ellipticals, and treadmills
- Free Weight Area - dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, benches
- Weight Machine Areas - Hoist Roc-It Selectorized and Precor machines
- Functional Fitness Room - cross-discipline training area with power lifting platforms and elements for high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, Strongman lifts
- Courts - indoor court space for basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, pickleball, squash, badminton, racquetball, and walleyball
