Dr. Ken Cornell, Boise State University, will present a seminar on Thursday, September 15, 2016, in Lecture Center 10 at 4 p.m.
Dr. Jim Akenson, Wildlife Biologist and former director of the University of Idaho Taylor Wilderness Research Station, will present a seminar on Thursday, September 29, 2016, in Lecture Center 10 at 4 p.m.
Dr. James Groome, ISU Department of Biological Sciences, will present his promotion seminar on Thursday, October 6, 2016, in Lecture Center 10 at 4 p.m.
Dr. Mark Austin was the Keynote Speaker for the state-wide 14th Annual Idaho INBRE Research Conference in Moscow, Idaho, on August 2, 2016. The title of his presentation was, “Pathophysiology of Major Depressive Disorder: Serotonin, Sex Differences and Novel Therapeutic Targets.”

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game is seeking individuals to fill two Fish and Wildlife Biometrician openings. These positions will provide a variety of statistical and analytical support to research and management programs statewide. The current vacancies include one position within our Fisheries program located at our Nampa Research facility. The other position is within our Wildlife program at our Headquarters in Boise.
