Jaime Campbell, 2019 graduate from the Anthropology Master’s Program
Jaime Campbell is a 2019 graduate from the Anthropology Master’s Program. Since graduating she has applied the skills she gained at ISU in service of conservation across Southeast Idaho. As the Conservation Manager for Sagebrush Steppe Land Trust, she works directly with landowners to incorporate their perspectives into protecting valuable working lands, open spaces, and wildlife habitat.
“The Anthropology Program provided me with the holistic training to be well rounded in each of the sub-disciplines, while also equipping me with the critical thinking skills necessary to be effective in any setting. The faculty provide a curriculum derived from their direct experience in anthropology and are committed to mentoring students along their individual paths to success. I learned that anthropology is truly all around us - I challenge anyone to name a topic, field, or discipline that does not have an anthropologic component ready to be explored!”
