Below are helpful tips and information on ordering official high school and dual credit transcripts to be sent to ISU.

Please note that if you have questions about ordering transcripts to be sent from ISU to another institution, visit our Registrar's page.

Sending High School Transcripts

Official high school transcripts can be sent to ISU via:

  • Email at admiss@isu.edu
  • Fax at 208-282-4314
  • Mail at Office of Admissions | 921 S 8th Ave. Stop 8270 | Pocatello, ID 83209-8270

For transcripts to be considered “official,” they must be sent directly from the issuing school and cannot be provided by the student.

Please be aware that even if you previously submitted in-progress transcripts or provided transcript information through the Apply Idaho Application, you must submit an additional official final copy after graduation. If you do not submit final transcripts with proof of high school graduation, you will be prevented from registering for your second semester.

Sending Dual Enrollment/Concurrent Credit Transcripts

Official dual enrollment transcripts must be sent to ISU directly from each institution’s Registrar's Office. If you have credits from several institutions, you must submit a transcript for each. Many schools use services like the National Student Clearinghouse or Parchment, which already have ISU’s contact information saved—simply select ISU as the recipient when ordering your transcript.

Tips for Requesting College Transcripts for Dual Credit Courses

  • If you have ISU Early College Dual Credits, you do not need to request your ISU transcript.
  • Be sure your final grades are posted.
    • If your grades have not yet been posted, you can bring an unofficial, in-progress copy to New Student Orientation (NSO).
    • If you have grades from previous semesters but are currently enrolled in courses, you can submit an official transcript now to transfer your completed credits before NSO. However, once all courses are finished, you must submit a second official transcript reflecting your final grades. Failure to submit a final transcript can result in you being dropped from any courses, for which you were provided a pre-requisite override.
  • You may need your student ID number and/or Social Security Number to order.
