Professional Licensure Disclosure Pharmacy Technology
Idaho State University is regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU), and is reporting this information in compliance with Standard 2.G.3. The Pharmacy Technology program is accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).
This program is designed to meet the educational requirements for pharmacy technicians in Idaho. If you intend to seek licensure outside of Idaho after finishing your program, use the list below to find information on the state or U.S. territory in which you intend to be licensed in order to identify whether ISU’s Pharmacy Technology program meets, does not meet, or if it has not been determined if it meets the educational requirements for licensure. If ISU’s program has not determined if it meets the educational requirements for licensure in the state in question, it may meet all or a portion of the educational requirements. If that is the case, we recommend that you contact the licensing agency directly before beginning the ISU program.
This program meets the licensure requirements in most states. Licensure requirements have not been determined in New York or Tennessee. States/territories that do not have licensure requirements are Delaware, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and the US Virgin Islands.
