Accreditation and Licensure Information 

Idaho State University is regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU), meeting the compliance requirements of Standard 2.G.3. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and is structured to fulfill the educational requirements for registered nurses within Idaho.

If you plan to pursue licensure outside Idaho, it is essential to contact the Board of Nursing in the state where you intend to practice. Requirements for initial licensure as a Registered Nurse may vary by state.
