Idaho State University is regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU), and is reporting this information in compliance with Standard 2.G.3. The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
At this time*, completion of Idaho State's ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program meets educational requirements to apply for a Pharmacist license in all states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. We are unable to determine if our program meets the educational requirements for American Samoa (AS), Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Freely Associated States (AS, MP, FSM, GU, ISO, PW), Guam (GU), Republic of Palau (PW), Republic of the Marshall Islands (ISO), or the US Virgin Islands (VI). If you have questions about licensure in a particular state or territory, we recommend that you contact the licensing agency directly before beginning the ISU program.
