Deana L. Molinari PhD, RN, CNE


Deana L. Molinari PhD, RN, CNE is an associate professor at Idaho State University School of Nursing.  She served at the school for four years. Molinari teaches in the graduate education program and serves as the coordinator of the Office of Professional Development. She is the primary investigator in a three year Health and Human Services Grant to increase nurse graduates’ confidence and competence in the workplace.  Molinari’s research interests focus on rural workforce issues and the stress of learning, living and care giving. She is presently the president of the Rural Nurse Organization, serves on the board of directors for the Idaho Rural Health Association and the board of directors of the Federation of Families for Children with Mental health Disorders and is a member of the Region Six Mental Health Board.
