Michelle is originally from Utah, but moved to Pocatello in 1987 to attend school at ISU. She received her BS and MS degrees in Biology, and also completed the Clinical Laboratory Sciences certification; she became a ASCP and BOC certified Medical Laboratory Technologist. Michelle began working in the MRCF in 2002 as a Research Associate, but left briefly to obtain her MS is Biology. Michelle has been the Managing Director since July 2016.

Lisa is originally from North Idaho, and moved to Pocatello in May of 2010. She received a BS in Biology and a MS in Neuroscience from the University of Idaho. Lisa began her life at ISU working in the lab of Dr. Jack Rose as a Research Associate, assisting with his research program. She was hired as a Research Associate for the MRCF in August of 2012.

Jason is originally from Blackfoot Idaho, and moved to Pocatello in 2010. He recieved a BS in Microbiology at Idaho State University. He immediately started working for Dr. Carolyn Weber as a Research Associate, assisting with the RAINS Project. Jason joined the MRCF team in January of 2017.

Kshitij came to Pocatello in 2015 from Khandbari, a small town in the Eastern Hills of Nepal, to join the graduate program in Biology at ISU. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biotechnology from SANN International College (Purbanchal University), Nepal. In the summer of 2016, Kshitij joined the MRCF team as the first MRCF RA student. After graduating, he plans to get a Ph.D. and pursue a career in research and academia.

Christina had lived her entire life in Star, Idaho, until she moved to Pocatello to start classes at ISU in the fall of 2015. She is majoring in Biochemistry and Spanish for the Health Professions. After graduating from ISU, she plans to attend Med School, and specialize in Neurosurgery. Christina joined the MRCF team in the fall of 2015 as the MRCF's first Freshman student.

Originally from Boise, Christian came to Pocatello in 2014 to begin his major studies in Medical Laboratory Science. He was drawn to ISU for the opportunities of a big college without the big population. After graduating, Christian will obtain experience in the clinical field before returning to a master’s program in a biomolecular science field.
