University Housing Costs 2009-2010
Residence Halls (semester rates*):
Residence halls are charged per semester, though the license agreement is for one academic year (fall and spring semesters). This price includes:
- All utilities (water, sewer, gas, electricity)
- Wireless internet (requires ISU computer account)
- Basic cable television
A $150 deposit is required in order to complete and process the application.
Total payment for the semester is required by the first day of classes. The semester rates* are:

On-Campus Apartments (monthly rent*):
On-campus apartments are available for sophomore level students and above, nontraditional students, married students, students with children, and on-campus transfers. Our apartments are charged per month, and while we do not use term leases, residents do need to give 30 days notice before vacating. The monthly rent includes:
- All utilities (water, sewer, gas, electricity)
- Wireless internet (requires ISU computer account)
- Local telephone service
- Basic cable television
No fee is required when you apply. Once you are offered an apartment, a $150 deposit is required before you check in.

| McIntosh Manor: 1 Bedroom, unfurnished | $475.00 | |
| McIntosh Manor: 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, unfurnished | $560.00 | |
