Longitudinal

The Longitudinal Subspecialty rotation in the third year consists of twelve weeks of contemporaneous clinical training in physicians' offices in the specialties of ophthalmology, ENT, and dermatology.

Ophthalmology

The ophthalmology is with one of the local ophthalmologist and provides office-based, primary care ophthalmological teaching.

We are trained by local our otolaryngologists who provide good training in general ENT problems. This time is mostly outpatient with 1 - 2 half-days spent in the operating room.

Dermatology

Local dermatologists, all committed to teaching, welcome residents for two half-days a week during the twelve weeks to learn appropriate screening, exam, and differential diagnoses for skin conditions.
