Cessna 140 - Complete Aircraft Rebuild

Old airplanes have parts that can be recycled to give new life to an aging fleet.

Here an old cabin is being installed on a damaged aircraft by students.

Temporary fasteners called Clecos are used for temporary sheet metal assembly.

The two serviceable parts have been assembled to make a flyable fuselage.

When painted both parts will function and look as good as new.
